Die meisten Erd\u00f6lprodukte beginnen sich oberhalb von 99 \u00b0C (210 \u00b0F) zu zersetzen und werden bei Temperaturen welche knapp unter -18 \u00b0C (0 \u00b0F) sind, z\u00e4hfl\u00fcssig. Unter den Testbedingungen der D-3336 von 177 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F) und 10.000 Umdrehungen pro Minute versagen die meisten Kohlenwasserstoff-Schmierstoffe der Konkurrenz in weniger als 1.000 Stunden. Die Allzweck-Schmierstoffe der Krytox-Reihe halten jedoch nachweislich \u00fcber 5.000 Stunden ohne Ausfall, selbst bei einer erh\u00f6hten Temperatur von 200 \u00b0C (392 \u00b0F), aus. Diese Leistung unter extremen Bedingungen ist es die Krytox-Schmierstoffe von anderen Produkten der Konkurrenz unterscheidet.<\/p>\n<p>Krytox GPL 202 ist ein kosteng\u00fcnstiges Schmierfett f\u00fcr ein breites Spektrum von Anwendungen. Aufgrund ihrer Inertheit bieten Krytox-Schmierstoffe im Vergleich zu typischen Kohlenwasserstoff\u00f6len und -fetten eine wesentlich l\u00e4ngere Nutzungsdauer; und die l\u00e4ngere Nutzungsdauer erm\u00f6glicht es, dass sie f\u00fcr betr\u00e4chtliche Zeitr\u00e4ume verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen bevor sie ersetzt werden m\u00fcssen, fallssie \u00fcberhaupt ersetzt werden. Das bedeutet im Laufe der Zeit Einsparungen, sowohl durch die Verringerung des Schmierstoffverbrauchs als auch durch die Verringerung der Ausfallzeiten beim Nachschmieren. F\u00fcr Anwendungen, die GPL 201 und ein Extremdruck-Additiv erfordern, empfehlen wir Krytox\u2122 GPL 212 oder wenn ein starker Korrosionsschutz erforderlich ist, Krytox\u2122 GPL 222.<\/p>\n<h2>Produktvorteile<\/h2>\n<p>Krytox-Standardschmierstoffe enthalten nur Kohlenstoff, Sauerstoff und Fluor, w\u00e4hrend Kohlenwasserstoffe Wasserstoff enthalten. Die Abwesenheit von Wasserstoff erh\u00f6ht die Stabilit\u00e4t der Schmierstoffe erheblich und macht sie nicht brennbar und ohne Flammpunkt. Sie brennen nicht und unterst\u00fctzen keine Verbrennung, auch nicht in einer Umgebung mit 100 % fl\u00fcssigem oder gasf\u00f6rmigem Sauerstoff.<\/p>\n<p>Krytox-Schmierstoffe sind nicht nur sauerstoffbest\u00e4ndig, sondern auch inert gegen\u00fcber praktisch allen Chemikalien, die in einer Vielzahl von Branchen verwendet werden. Sie sind in den meisten L\u00f6sungsmitteln unl\u00f6slich, aber in stark fluorierten Fl\u00fcssigkeiten und einigen \u00fcberkritischen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten wie CO2 l\u00f6slich. Bei hohen Temperaturen und Dr\u00fccken sind PFPE-\u00d6le sehr widerstandsf\u00e4hig gegen den Angriff von gasf\u00f6rmigem und fl\u00fcssigem Sauerstoff.
