PHD Pneu-Connect™

Table of Contents

Our partner PHD Inc. successfully developed and launched the new pneumatic product line Pneu-Connect™.

It is now also available for Switzerland and we are pleased to be able to offer it exclusively in Switzerland.

The pneumatic gripping system was developed for simple gripper integration with robots from the Danish manufacturer Universal Robots and is certified by them.

Pneu-Connect™ is a plug-and-play solution that can be connected and operated with any UR robot (UR3, UR5, UR10 & e-Series) via the integrated cable.

The entire solution is integrated into the robot controller (UR-CAP software package included) and includes fully integrated MAC Bullet Valves®, which actuate the grippers pneumatically.

This solution offers a superior gripping force-to-weight ratio compared to purely electric solutions.

User benefits:

  • Simple, seamless and cost-effective “end effector integration” for UR robots
  • Integrated MAC Bullet Valves ®
  • User-friendly plug-and-play solution for all UR robots
  • Optimal performance to weight ratio
  • Constantly increasing selection of other available gripper solutions
