Precision Credimex guide shafts in various materials and designs, together with linear ball bearings, shaft blocks, shaft supports and linear housing units, provide a proven and economical linear guide system. Precision guide shafts are induction hardened. This treatment ensures uniform hardness in radial and axial direction on the surface / running surface. This hardening process achieves an effective hardness range of the outer surface and enables trouble-free machining in the soft core of the shaft. Precision guide shafts are ground centerless and are subject to strict inspection of roundness, cylindrical shape, straightness and roughness of the surface.
