DELO-DOT PN5

The DELO-DOT PN5 pneumatic jet valve is optimal for complex microdispensing. Thanks to very short cycle times and reproducible processes, this valve is ideal for industrial series production. With a dispensing frequency of up to 300 Hz and the highest plunger speeds, the valve delivers maximum performance. Even highly viscous materials can be applied completely contact-free in the smallest diameters of <250 µm.

Thanks to its space-saving design, the jet valve can be ideally integrated into any production line. The cartridge holder, which can be placed at a 90° angle, allows media to be fed from all four sides of the unit, depending on the system.
